Vegan Green Goddess Herb Tahini Dressing

2 cloves of garlic
2 tbs tamari or braggs liquid aminos
1/2 cup tahini
1 small handful of washed basil leaves
1 small handful of washed parsley leaves
half a bunch of chives
Juice of one lemon
1/2 cup water (more or less depending on desired texture)
1 tsp salt
ground pepper to taste

put all ingredients in the food processor and blend together.

I love using this dressing on “buddha bowls” or “goddess bowls” — its also yummy on salads. These measurements are approximate and usually I just eye ball this one. You really can’t go wrong!
