Thanks to everyone who turned out for last night’s class…. the energy was highly charged. We had some beginners, some veteran teachers from Berlin, the Savasana Queen, and some students I hadn’t seen in awhile. I think it was an emotional class all around, we laughed, we cried, we struggled with asthavakrasana, we bowed our heads.
