Podcast #39 - Fire and Fear

Yoga Practice as a way to start the process of transforming fear, anxiety, worry -- the very emotions that get in the way of the experience of yoga, the oneness of being. Practice is a pretty intense backbending sequence. It would help to have a tiny bit of wall space, and a blanket or towel.
