Ginger Miso Vinaigrette


1/2 cup vegetable oil (neutral taste)
4 tbs lime juice
4 tbs white miso paste
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs rice wine vinegar
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp grated ginger

place all ingredients in the food processor, and blend until combined. Then serve over your favorite salad or veggie bowl. I love a combo of romaine, arugula, tempeh/tofu, veggies, and either rice or noodles for a big, tasty and filling salad treat!
