Here’s a little intro on HOW to use the metronome to either a) teach to or b) practice to:
NEXT: practice calling it out AND moving to the metronome, notice the places that are difficult! Those are probably the places to look more deeply into….
NEXT: here’s a version with even less cueing, so you are really taking on more of the focus, counting, breath pace for yourself…. (this video cut out mid-headstand so you continue to 35 breaths, 5 breaths in childs, and then set a timer for yourself for meditation and savasana. I might eventually re-record but for now this is workable)
