Vegan Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups white sugar

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350

In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. In a seperate bowl, whisk together water, oil, vanilla. Add the wet ingredients into dry, and mix until blended. Spread into a 9x13 baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
